Reactivate an Organisation User

The following instructions will enable you to reactivate an inactive User.

1. Select ‘Our Profile’
2. Select ‘Our Users’
3. Switch the toggle to ‘Yes’ to view inactive users
4. Find the user you wish to reactivate and click ‘Edit’
5. Switch the toggle to ‘Yes’ to activate the User’s account
6. Select ‘Save Users Details’
7. If the user no longer remembers their old password, you can reset the password by selecting ‘Reset Password’

1. Select ‘Yes – Reset their Password’
2. The users password is automatically reset to their first name in lower case – select ‘Ok’
