Reset an Organisation User’s Password

If you are the primary user for the organisation, you can reset the password of one of your users on their behalf.

1. Select ‘Our Profile’
2. Select ‘Our Users’
3. Select ‘Reset Password’

1. Select ‘Yes – Reset their Password’
2. The password is automatically reset to their first name in lower case, select ‘Ok’
